An experienced HR professional, Tyra Alexander, earned her undergraduate degree from Western Governors University and continued her education with an MBA from Louisiana State University at Shreveport. She achieved the esteemed SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential in 2021, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of HR best practices and industry standards.  She proudly holds membership in Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.  

Within her current role at NNPHI, Tyra plays a pivotal role in steering HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of HR strategies and policies. Her responsibilities encompass creating a positive work environment and providing crucial support to the organization’s workforce. 

Prior to her tenure at NNPHI, Tyra contributed her expertise to various organizations, serving as a key member of their HR teams. With a wealth of experience spanning more than ten years, Tyra has consistently offered support across all levels of administrative and HR functions. Her dedication to excellence, coupled with her in-depth understanding of HR principles, positions Tyra as a reliable and effective professional in the field.
