Adam Lustig

Senior Manager, Health System Transformation

Adam Lustig, MS, serves as Senior Manager of Health System Transformation where he works closely with members, funders, and partner organizations to implement the Bridging Portfolio. He provides content expertise and contributes to strategies related to improving health care systems, alternative payment models, and supporting people-centered health systems. Before joining NNPHI, he was the Senior Policy Analyst at the Advisory Board Company, where he focused on the impact of legislative and regulatory developments on health systems’ transition to value-based payments. Mr. Lustig also served as the Research Manager for the National Pharmaceutical Council where he spearheaded efforts to better understand the role of pharmaceuticals and use of real-world evidence in delivery and payment transformation. While obtaining his MS in health policy from Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Population Health, Mr. Lustig worked as the Research Associate for the Interdisciplinary Nursing Quality Research Initiative, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation national program office, at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Nursing.
