Join the Public Health Performance Improvement Network (phPIN) for our February webinar with Robert (Rob) Blake, M.P.H., R.E.H.S., Planner / Evaluator for the Transylvania County Department of Public Health in North Carolina.

Mr. Blake will illustrate Transylvania County Department of Public Health’s (TPH) use of a free tool (for first five uses) to develop many types of business diagrams. Mr. Blake has used LucidChart software tool for vital activities such as improving the health department’s internal processes, mind-mapping, SWOT analysis, and emergency planning. He will share information about these projects, how other organizations can implement this tool for their use, lessons learned, and ideas for the future. Note: Rob has no financial connection to LucidChart.

Learning Objectives

  1. State how Transylvania County Department of Public Health has used Lucid Chart projects for a shared view of issues and proposed improvements.
  2. Describe steps on how participants could implement an easy-to-use tool to visualize process improvements within their own local health department.
