Claire Valletta works as a Program Manager for Partner Relationships on the National Coordinating Center for Public Health Training team. She is primarily focused on the Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) and leads contracts, invoicing, and partner relationships.

Claire brings to NNPHI a varied background, with most of her prior experience as a Microbiologist as well as leading and organizing biological sciences laboratories, both at the CDC and at the university research levels. She has a Masters in Public Policy and Management with a focus on Healthcare Management as well as a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. In addition, she has served as a US Peace Corps Volunteer.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, developing new recipes, and pets of all kinds.
