Participate in the launch of the CDC’s new Health Impact in Five Years (HI-5) or “High-Five” initiative.
Launched on August 9, 2016, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) new Health Impact in Five Years (HI-5) or “High-Five” initiative highlights a list of 14 non-clinical, community-wide approaches with a proven track record. Each intervention is associated with improved health within five years and is reported to be cost-effective or cost-saving over the lifetime of the population or even earlier.
This kick-off webinar featured John Auerbach, MBA, Director for Policy, Office of the Associate Director for Policy Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Natalie Renew, MPA, Managing Director, Early Childhood Education at Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), and three additional nationally recognized speakers who described their direct experience with early childhood education programs.
