This presentation was given at the 2011 “Best Practices for Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategy Development” meeting, by Mark Huber, MS, Vice President of Social Responsibility at Aurora Health Care. The presentation was given as part of Panel Session #9, which addressed Institutional Governance and Oversight. The CDC Public Forum meeting took place on July 11-13, 2011 in Atlanta, GA. The forum examines processes for community health needs assessment (CHNA) and implementation strategy/plan development and execution, and will inform the development of guidelines and documentation of best practices.
