Assessment of State and Local Health Department Use of Federal Immunization Funds
Our goal was to identify the specific technical, political, financial and/or policy needs that are preventing immunization awardees from spending their federal immunization funding. NNPHI partnered with Health Resources in Action (HRiA) to assess the factors influencing whether program managers at health departments spend federal dollars earmarked for immunization initiatives. A cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) funds this assessment.
