Call for Abstracts Now Open for the 2026 NNPHI Annual Conference

The National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) is now accepting abstract submissions for the 2026 NNPHI Annual Conference, taking place April 28–30, 2026, in New Orleans, LA.

This year’s theme, United for Health: Celebrating 25 Years of Connection and Collaboration, marks a significant milestone for our network’s collective efforts to strengthen public health through innovation, partnerships, and shared learning.

We invite you to share your insights, research, and best practices with peers from across the nation. Submit your abstract and help shape the conversations that will guide the next era of public health!

Submission Requirements and Deadline

You will be asked to provide the following information via the abstract submission process:

  • Primary Presenter information (name, credentials, contact information, title, organization) *accepted presentations will have the opportunity to add co-presenters at a later date
  • Submission Title (250-character limit)
  • Session Description (short version: 2,500-character limit; long version: 5,000-character limit)
  • Three learning objectives (300-character limit)
  • How is this work improving public health? Tell us what impact your work is having. (750-character limit)

About the Annual NNPHI Conference

Since 2001, the NNPHI Annual Conference has been the only national meeting that supports and highlights the work of the nation’s public health institutes. We invite you to join the diverse array of conference participants for the 2025 conference, which will include representatives from established and emerging public health institutes; public health training centers; federal, state, and local health agencies; national partners and trade organizations; local, state, and national foundations; and community organizations.
