Evaluation Scientist, Evidence to Action (E2A)

Christiana is an Evaluation Scientist at the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) in the Evidence to Action (E2A) portfolio. In this role, she provides evaluation subject matter expertise and services to support the CDC Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) and other NNPHI projects.

With her commitment to strengthening evaluation capacity across public health projects and partners, Christiana seeks to foster a culture of evaluation, implement participatory evaluation approaches, and develop responsive systems for continuous quality improvement.

Prior to joining NNPHI, Christiana spent four years at Emory Centers for Public Health Training and Technical Assistance where she conducted evaluations for CDC-funded and HRSA-funded grants and facilitated trainings for the American Evaluation Association. She has also worked at nonprofit, state government, and federal government organizations over her seven years in public health. Christiana is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Baylor University as well as a Master of Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
