The New Hampshire Community Health Institute (CHI) and the New Hampshire Division of Public Health Services (DPHS) partnered with the Business and Industry Association, Foundation for Healthy Communities, Department of Health and Human Services, Anthem Blue Cross New Hampshire, and Endowment for Health to assist local businesses with implementation of the Guide for Community Preventive Services (the Community Guide) recommendations for Worksite Health Promotion.
