Applying principles of health equity and community health improvement, this case study highlights the impact of a Toolkit for Health and Resilience in Vulnerable Environments (THRIVE) training implemented in Louisiana through a partnership between NNPHI, Prevention Institute, and Louisiana Public Health Institute.
