Reducing Health Disparities by Connecting New Jersey Communities with Testing/Vaccination Services

To reduce health disparities in New Jersey, Strategy 1 activities include expanding site hours, coordinating appointments and transportation to testing and vaccination services, implementing mobile units or pop-up sites, offering hygiene kit incentives, and partnering with faith-based and community-based organizations.
