Avery Davis is a meeting planner with the convenings team at the National Network of Public Health Institutes, where she plans and executes conferences and events that bring public health professionals together to connect, learn, and advance their work. Her role spans event strategy and logistics, attendee experience, speaker and exhibitor management, communications, and on-site execution.
With a background in communications and event operations, Avery brings a creative, detail-oriented approach to producing meaningful experiences for attendees. Before joining NNPHI, she worked as a health and safety coordinator with Disney General Entertainment, supporting multiple film and TV productions during the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience sparked her interest in public health and showed her the important role thoughtful planning, communication, and collaboration play in keeping people safe.
