AIxPH: 1st Annual Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Public Health

Location
Baltimore, MD

Artificial intelligence has the potential to disrupt every aspect of our lives. Proponents claim it will advance new cures for deadly diseases, clean energy, and an age of abundance. Critics warn of the environmental consequences of data centers, harm from unethical applications, and mass unemployment.

AIxPH is a first-of-its-kind convening for “pro-health” organizations to examine the impacts of AI on the public’s health, and how public health organizations might harness its power and mitigate negative impacts. Join public health practitioners, technologists, community-based organizations, philanthropists, policy makers, and public health researchers that are charting a course for public health to prepare for ethical and responsible use of AI.

Please note: conference activities will begin the morning of Wednesday, October 14. To participate in morning sessions, attendees should arrive on Tuesday, October 13.
