Erin Harvey, The Mississippi Public Health Institute (MSPHI) used information and relationships from the Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation planning grant to enter a Collective Impact Planning Phase for Attala county in Mississippi. MSPHI worked with a primary care clinic, informants from the health department, community health center, faith-based organizations, and the communities to prioritize strategies to improve clinic-community engagement.
