Sandy Stibitz is a program manager with the National Coordinating Center for Public Health Training (NCCPHT) at the National Network of Public Health Institutes. In this role, she manages grant-funded public health programs with a focus on training and workforce development, including leading project and budget management. Currently Sandy supports the Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) by providing cross-team coordination of contracts and invoicing, as well as leveraging Salesforce to coordinating the provision of technical assistance across NNPHI’s PHIG partners. She also utilizes her 10 years of CRM data management experience to support NNPHI’s implementation of Salesforce broadly, including leading the tracking of network member engagement. Sandy brings extensive experience in facilitation and non-profit administration and operations to her work with NCCPHT and NNPHI.
Prior to joining the NNPHI team, Sandy served as a project associate for the Louisiana Children’s Museum’s relocation to a new facility in New Orleans’s City Park. She played a key role in development efforts by managing fundraising data and processes and provided project management and logistical support for the opening of the new museum.
Sandy’s career in non-profit administration and program management is driven by a passion for creative problem solving and collaborative teamwork. Her early experiences in the youth climate movement translated to a life-long commitment to fighting for a world where all can thrive. Sandy values NNPHI’s approach to leveraging a national network of expertise and resources in support of meaningful work at the local, regional, and national level.
Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Kenyon College.
