Debbie Odden

Senior Meeting Planner, Event Technology

Debbie has more than 27 years of experience in the meetings and hospitality industry, having held diverse roles across restaurants, hotels, and third-party planning organizations. This broad background has given her a deep understanding of hospitality operations and event management, which she brings to her current role with NNPHI.

Before joining NNPHI, Debbie served as Event Technology Director at EMC Meetings & Events, where she oversaw all event technology systems across the company’s client portfolio. She led a team of technology specialists and onsite support staff for events ranging from 50 to 7,000 attendees.

Originally from Excelsior, Minnesota, Debbie earned her B.S. in Family & Consumer Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and is a proud Disney College Program alumna. With more than 18 years of Cvent experience, she holds multiple certifications in event administration, event management, virtual events, and mobile apps.

She currently resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with her husband and a lively household of family pets.
