Asha Bell is program manager with NNPHI’s National Coordinating Center for Public Health Training. She is a dedicated public health professional with expertise in technical assistance coordination, data management, and peer learning. In her current role, she serves as the primary lead for triaging and managing technical assistance requests from state and local health department grant recipients, ensuring timely and strategic responses in collaboration with NNPHI’s regional hubs and national partners.
She oversees communication channels and data platforms supporting the Public Health Infrastructure Grant, and leads report development, data cleaning, and sharing with external evaluation partners. She also manages consultant-led proactive technical assistance initiatives and drives the development of responsive regional technical assistance reports.
As the facilitator of a national peer-to-peer learning community for public health evaluators, she curates and maintains a comprehensive resource library to support evaluation capacity-building. She enjoys working closely with partners and is known for cultivating and maintaining strong, positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Her work is grounded in collaboration and a commitment to advancing public health systems through thoughtful, data-driven strategies.
