Region II Public Health Training Center

Mission Statement

Region II PHTC's mission is to enhance the public health workforces’ ability to effectively deliver the Essential Public Health Services (EPHS) to the populations in HRSA Region II.

Vision and Impact

Region II PHTC serves about 25,000 public health workers in state and local health departments provide essential public health services in its region. To fulfill its mission, Region II PHTC works directly with each partner health department to tailor and target its efforts to meet the training needs of the workers.
