Senior Program Manager – Planning, Training, and Capacity Initiatives
IPHI seeks an experienced, energetic, and well-organized senior program manager to manage and lead the implementation of IPHI’s portfolio of planning, training, and capacity building projects in IPHI’s Center for Community Capacity Development (CCCD). The manager will work at the state, local and national level to advance health-equity-oriented approaches to community health improvement through effective planning and collaborative engagement.
Program Manager – Digital Bridge
IPHI seeks a detail-oriented and strategic manager to lead project management, partnership management, and communications for a nationwide collaborative. The position will lead program operations, coordinate with collaborative members and other partners, and implement strategies for the Digital Bridge, in close partnership with the Digital Bridge Chair and Vice-Chair. Digital Bridge is a national public-private partnership working to promote data interoperability between healthcare and public health.
Program Director – Co-Director, Alliance for Health Equity
IPHI is seeking an energetic and well-organized leader to serve as the Co-Director for the Alliance for Health Equity. This leadership role includes overseeing program operations, coordinating with partners, and implementing strategies to strengthen systems to address social drivers of health and promote health equity approaches to health improvement in Chicago and Cook County. The Alliance foci include housing and health, mental health and substance use disorder, and food systems and access to healthy foods.
Program Associate – Alliance for Health Equity
IPHI is seeking Program Associate to join our Alliance for Health Equity team to support collaborative projects focused on social and structural determinants of health, mental health, and community health needs assessment. The work may include coordinating workgroups; writing and editing reports; qualitative data analysis; supporting stakeholder-engaged assessments and work plans; training content development; meeting and event coordination; database management; grant writing; and communications initiatives.
Administrative Assistant – Center for Policy & Partnership Initiatives
IPHI seeks to hire a team member to provide administration and operations support for implementation of several large grant programs related to chronic disease prevention and policy. The Assistant will support scheduling for team and partner meetings, maintain project contacts in the client relations database (Salesforce), implement processes and tracking for grant-related administrative items, and related activities.
IPHI is seeking an experienced accounting professional to serve as the organization’s controller. The controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of IPHI, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Key areas of responsibility are AR/AP, payroll processing, grant and contract administration, expense allocations to appropriate categories, financial reporting, monitoring and compliance, audit preparation, and support for budgeting, analysis, and controls.
