Funding Opportunity: Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) Data Modernization Technical Assistance Providers

The National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to provide technical assistance (TA) to Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) recipients engaged in Data Modernization Initiative (DMI) efforts.
Key Details & Application Deadline:
- Funding Available: Up to $20,000 per domain area, with up to four agreements awarded
- Project Period: April 1 – November 30, 2025 (with potential extension through November 2027)
- Application Deadline: February 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST
Domain Areas:
- Health IT Standards & Data Exchange
- Data Use & Dissemination
- Data Modernization Processes, Planning, and Collaboration
- Data Modernization Workforce
Selected TA providers will support the DMI team by offering expertise, training, resource development, and strategic guidance to advance public health data modernization efforts.
