Toxicology Fellow, CDC - Chamblee Campus
Jessica is a Toxicology Fellow in the Division of Overdose Prevention (DOP) within the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NCIPC), funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI). Prior to this role, she was a forensic technician at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Crime Lab. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Florida. Jessica is passionate about the public health implications of the opioid epidemic, novel drugs of abuse, and surveillance strategies.
