Communications and Marketing Intern

Amari Hurst is a Marketing and Communications Intern for the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) at the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI). In this role, she is responsible for supporting the communications portfolio to create impactful communications and marketing campaigns for public health projects across the organization.
Amari’s interest in public health came about when she realized it was a space young people’s voices could be heard. Her passion for showing other young ones that they can be a part of the conversations happening in public health and make a true difference is one of her leading causes at NNPHI. Amari values working alongside the public health workforce who are on the ground serving communities across the country.
