The program will host an applicant web conference on February 28, 2012 at 3 p.m. ET to answer questions about the solicitation, as well as the proposal and selection processes. Participation in this conference is strongly encouraged, but not required. Pre-registration is required to participate in the web conference. Applicants will have an opportunity to ask questions during the call.

Slides are available below. The webinar will be recorded and archived here on the website.

Before applying for funding, please carefully review the Call for Proposals

Proposals for this solicitation must be submitted via the RWJF online system. Visit www.rwjf.org/cfp/phsne and use the Apply Online link for this solicitation. If you have not already done so, you will be required to register at http://my.rwjf.org before you begin the application process.

There are two steps in the competitive proposal process:

Step 1: Intent to Apply

Using the online system, applicants must indicate their intent to apply by 3 p.m. ET on March 6, 2012. If you do not submit your intent to apply by this deadline, you will not be able to submit a proposal. Within 1-2 business days after you indicate your intent to apply, you will be notified that you can proceed to Step 2, the full proposal.

Step 2: Full Proposals

Using the online system, applicants must submit a full proposal with all supporting documentation by 3 p.m. ET on March 27, 2012.

See a preview of the online proposal template at: www.rwjf.org/cfp/phsne
