The Colorado Foundation for Public Health and the Environment (CFPHE) helps organizations assess, develop, and manage projects to improve the public's health and environment in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. CFPHE helps public and private sector groups develop, fund, manage, and evaluate projects that promote public health. New NNPHI member Health Resources in Action (HRiA) is a Boston, MA-based PHI that serves non-profit, governmental, and other public health agencies nationwide. The Kansas Health Institute (KHI) seeks to inform policymakers by identifying, producing, analyzing and communicating information that is timely, relevant, and objective. KHI works to help policymakers understand how the health of Kansans is influenced by a wide range of factors—including socioeconomic status; cultural diversity; lifestyle choices; the quality of communities; and the financing, organization, and effectiveness of our public health and health care systems.
